Vacuum regularly. In case of spills, wipe immediately and clean with cold water and a soft brush. For severe stains, professional cleaning is required.

  • Custom measurements – 4–6 months: For hand-woven rugs of any size, the delivery time is approximately 4–6 months. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with an preliminary delivery date.

  • Returns and right of withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-sized rugs. This includes both rugs cut from a roll and rugs manufactured to customer-specific dimensions – as they are not part of our standard range and are not kept in stock. Therefore, no right of return is offered for custom-ordered rugs.
