Returns and Refunds – Orders within the EU
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Return procedure
To request a return, please contact us via our contact form, which you can access by clicking here. All returns must be approved in advance.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the product, the return address, and the transport carrier used. The applicable return cost will be communicated when you contact us.
You may arrange the return shipment yourself if this results in a lower cost for you than our return shipping rate, provided this has been approved by us in advance. Once the return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund once the return has been approved.

Complaints
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Please contact us via our contact form here as soon as possible, and we will assist you further. Complaints are handled separately from returns and are not subject to return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and take appropriate measures.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customised products, special orders, or personalised items. Please contact us if you have questions about or issues with a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order separately.
Right of withdrawal – EU customers
If goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
This statutory right of withdrawal applies regardless of our 30-day return policy.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.

The same return conditions and procedures apply to orders outside the European Union. This includes the requirement to contact us before returning an item, obtain prior approval, and follow the return instructions provided by us. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For orders outside the European Union, the customer is also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may arise in connection with the return.
Complaints regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation in the customer’s country of residence.
