For deliveries to countries outside the EU, VAT as well as any customs and handling fees may apply. These charges are imposed by the customs authority in the destination country.

Yes, we offer free shipping on larger orders within Sweden. We also offer free shipping within the EU above a certain order value. Any applicable shipping costs are always clearly displayed in the cart.

Warranty & Repairs

All our products undergo thorough quality control.
We do not offer a separate warranty, but you always have the right to make a claim under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (based on the EU Consumer Sales Directive). This law gives you the right to file a claim within three years of the purchase date if the defect is original.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time – preferably within two months of discovering the defect. The law does not cover damage caused by external factors, improper use or normal wear and tear. -
All purchases are covered by the EU Consumer Sales Directive, which gives you the right to claim defects that can be shown to have existed at the time of delivery.
In Sweden, this corresponds to the Consumer Sales Act, which gives you the right to make a claim within three years from the date of purchase if an original defect is discovered.
Returns & Refunds

We comply with EU consumer legislation, which gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the item. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued within 14 days.
Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect upon delivery.

We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which gives you the right to request a refund within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

If the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are entitled to a full refund. If the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you may be entitled to a partial refund.
If the product has been damaged and the damage is not covered by warranty or statutory claims, you are not entitled to a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipping.
