Delivery and Shipping

In-stock items
In-stock items are normally delivered within 3–7 business days within the EU. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email.

Made-to-measure rugs
We offer the following options:

• Wall-to-wall rugs (estimated delivery 1–3 weeks)
  Cut from roll stock and available in fixed dimensions.
  

• Custom sizes (estimated delivery 4–6 months)
  Handcrafted rugs produced to order. An order confirmation with an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided after purchase.
  

Shipping
Orders are shipped using established carriers such as DHL, DSV, FedEx or USP, depending on the size, weight and destination of the goods.

Free shipping within the EU is offered on orders over €500, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

The shipping methods and delivery options available for your order will be presented at checkout and may include:

• DHL Service Point – Delivery to a service point for non-bulky items

• DHL Home Delivery – Home delivery for bulky items

• DSV Home Delivery – Home delivery for bulky items

• UPS Home Delivery – Home delivery for non-bulky items

• FedEx Home Delivery – Home delivery for both non-bulky and bulky items

If you request a change of delivery address after the order has been dispatched, an administrative fee of €30 may apply.

3. Pre-orders and Combined Orders

For pre-order items, estimated delivery information will be provided after the order has been placed.

Orders are delivered in one shipment. If an order includes both in-stock items and made-to-measure or pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready for delivery, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
