Unique Products

All our products are handmade, making each piece unique. Minor variations in pattern, colour and dimensions may occur and are a natural part of the craftsmanship.

Dimensions: As our rugs are handmade, dimensions may vary by ±5%. Stated dimensions always exclude any fringe.

Labels and Branding: Our products carry the Classic Collection logo. Label designs may change over time and may therefore differ from those shown in the product images.

Images and Colour Representation

We aim to represent our products' materials, textures and colours as accurately as possible. However, how colours appear may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and surrounding colours.

On our website, we use different types of images:

• Product Images: Photographs of the actual products, taken by a photographer.
• Lifestyle Images: Inspirational images showing the products in furnished interiors. Some lifestyle images have been created or edited using AI.

Lifestyle images are intended to provide inspiration and show how our products can be used in different settings. For the most accurate impression of a product's colour, texture and details, we recommend referring primarily to the photographed product images.

We cannot guarantee that colours will appear exactly as they do in real life on your screen. For our rugs, we recommend ordering a rug sample, where available, to assess the colour and material in your own space.
