These terms apply to purchases made via classiccollection.se with delivery to countries within the European Union (EU).
All prices are stated in SEK or EUR and include VAT.
The total cost of your order, including shipping, is shown clearly before checkout.
Payment is charged only when the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Payment can be made by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
Invoice and installment payments are offered via Klarna.
We also offer payment via Swish (Sweden), Vipps (Norway) and Dankort (Denmark).
Delivery time: 3–7 business days within the EU.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped.
Fixed sizes – delivery 1–3 weeks: Cut from roll stock in pre-defined dimensions.
Custom sizes – delivery 4–6 months: Handcrafted rugs produced to order. A confirmation with an estimated delivery date will follow after purchase.
We offer shipping via trusted carriers such as DHL, DSV or FedEx.
Free shipping within the EU on orders over €500.
DHL Service Point – For non-bulky items, delivery is offered to a service point.
DHL Home Delivery – For bulky items, home delivery is offered.
DSV – For bulky items, home delivery is offered.
FedEx – For both non-bulky and bulky items, home delivery is offered.
If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, an administrative fee of SEK 300 will apply.
You will be notified of the estimated delivery date for pre-order items.
We do not split deliveries. If you order stock items together with made-to-order items, your entire order will be shipped when complete.
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of notifying us.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
No right of withdrawal on custom-sized rugs (made-to-order or cut-to-size).

Follow instructions to receive a return label. The product must be well protected for return shipping.
You have the right to make a complaint about a product for up to 3 years after the date of purchase if it is faulty.
Transport damages: Visible damage to packaging must be noted immediately upon delivery and reported to the carrier within 7 days.
The packaging must be kept until the case has been resolved.
Create a complaint case via classiccollection.se/contact and attach clear photos.
Please note: Natural variations in materials, such as shedding or colour changes due to exposure to light, are not considered grounds for complaint.
Orders not collected or received are subject to return and handling fees, depending on the carrier and destination.
Unclaimed deliveries are not eligible for withdrawal/refund.
We comply with GDPR. Personal data is only shared with payment provider Kustom and is encrypted during transfer.
