Purchase and Delivery Terms
- Please note that deliveries within Europe may vary depending on the destination and the type of goods (bulky or small). We strive to deliver as quickly as possible using reliable shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
- If the goods are in stock, the standard delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 working days. For other European destinations, delivery times may vary.
- If the goods are not in stock, they can be pre-ordered. Just place an order as usual, and we will provide you with a calculated delivery date as soon as possible.
- The shipping cost to your selected country will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note that any customs/VAT charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Ways of delivery:
- Small goods are shipped as parcels through DHL Service Point, arriving at your nearest provider.
- Bulky goods, such as larger carpets, are delivered with DHL Home Delivery. DHL will contact you to schedule the delivery on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., depending on your location. Delivery does not include delivery to your property line or sidewalks. The exact times and days vary based on the postal code. The recipient must sign and provide identification upon delivery.
Change of Delivery Address:
- If you wish to change the delivery address after the goods have left our warehouse, a fee of 25 EUR will be charged for the change.
- You can choose to pay by invoice or card with Klarna Checkout.
- Some products can be pre-ordered even if they are out of stock. If pre-ordering is possible, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
- When pre-ordering goods, payment is only activated upon dispatch if you choose the invoice option via Klarna. For card payments or direct bank transfers, the amount will be deducted immediately, even if the product cannot be delivered until later.
- If you order both in-stock items and custom items, we will send your entire order after completion. In exceptional cases, we can make split deliveries. Please contact our customer service for further information.
- We follow the Act on Distance contracts and off-premises contract, which means you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing any reason. This applies to products in unused, new condition. Return the product as soon as possible and not later than 10 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. After we have received and checked the product, we will refund the product’s value as soon as possible, not later than 14 days after the product returns to our warehouse. If you wish to exchange an item, e.g., to another size or color, you as a customer will bear the cost for return shipping, but in turn, the shipping cost for your new item is free of charge.
The announced delivery time is provisional and may be extended in the event of issues, such as factory delays or transport problems. Due to the handmade nature of our products and long transport routes, delays are not uncommon. We will do our best to inform all relevant customers about any delays, but we recommend checking the current delivery times of the specific product yourself to ensure up-to-date information.
Compensation for Delivery Delays:
- Unfortunately, we cannot control delays, and therefore, customers are not entitled to compensation for extended delivery times.
We adhere to the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts, which allows you to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without providing any reason. This applies to products in unused, new condition. Return the product as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after notifying us of your cancellation. How to Return an Order:
- Send an email to [email protected], stating that you want to cancel and return your order. Please provide your name and order number.
- Pack the item you want to return in its original packaging, along with its protection and inner packaging, just as it was when it arrived. If something is missing or damaged upon return, we may deduct from your refund.
- You, as the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping and liable for payment if the item is damaged or lost during return.
Returning Products from Abroad:
- If you need to return our products from abroad, we recommend arranging the return shipping yourself, as it will be the most cost-effective option for you. Please send the goods to our warehouse address:

If you choose to book a return through us, please be aware that this may incur additional expenses. Therefore, self-arranging the return shipping is a more advantageous option. You are free to choose any shipping company that suits your preferences and requirements.

Unclaimed Packages/ Non-Received Home Delivery:
- If your package remains at the DHL pick-up point for more than 14 days or if you refuse to receive the goods, it will be automatically returned to us. In such cases, we will charge you 30€ for smaller packages, which covers the administrative cost and the return shipping cost. This applies to shipments outside of Sweden.
- Unclaimed packages will not be covered by our return policy.
- If a home delivery cannot be carried out, or if you, as the recipient, in any way refuse the delivery, Classic Collection will charge 150€ for home deliveries outside Sweden. This covers the shipping costs, administration, and customs fees.
