Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal
Items that are custom-made/ordered or otherwise customized for you and not included in our regular range are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Gift cards are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
A faulty or damaged item must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Visible damage to packaging upon delivery must be immediately noted upon receipt, on the handheld device or delivery note to the driver/agent before signing for receipt, and then the damage must be reported to the carrier. We ship small item orders as parcels with DHL Service Point. The parcel will usually arrive at your nearest service point.
Bulky items, parcels longer than 150cm, are shipped with DHL Home Delivery. This means that DHL will contact you to deliver your order with a delivery time; weekdays between 08:00-17:00. The delivery is without entry, to your property boundary or sidewalk depending on where you live. The times and days that are applicable vary depending on your postal code. They do not deliver outside your residence; the recipient must sign and verify their identity upon delivery.
Please note that home deliveries booked by you as the recipient later than four working days after DHL's notification will be charged a storage fee of 150 SEK per day.

You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the product is in its original packaging and that no damage occurs during the return to our warehouse. You affix the label to the packaging and leave the return at the nearest service point.
If your return concerns a product that was delivered to you via home delivery, contact us via the contact form: https://classiccollection.se/contact/ with information about which product(s) you wish to return to us. We will provide return label(s) to be attached to the outside of the packaging, along with an information sheet on how to book the pick-up with the carrier.

When refunding a returned item, we will settle the cost of return shipping. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost and are deemed liable if the item is damaged or lost.
