Terms & Conditions – Orders within the EU

These terms apply to purchases made via classiccollection.se with delivery to countries within the European Union (EU).

1. Prices and Payments

• All prices are stated in SEK or EUR and include VAT.

• The total cost of your order, including shipping, is shown clearly before checkout.

• Payment is charged only when the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Payment methods

• Payment can be made by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.

• Invoice and installment payments are offered via Klarna.

• We also offer payment via Swish (Sweden), Vipps (Norway) and Dankort (Denmark).

2. Delivery and Shipping

In-stock items

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days within the EU.

• You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped.

Made-to-measure rugs

• Fixed sizes – delivery 1–3 weeks: Cut from roll stock in pre-defined dimensions.

• Custom sizes – delivery 4–6 months: Handcrafted rugs produced to order. A confirmation with an estimated delivery date will follow after purchase.

Shipping

We offer shipping via trusted carriers such as DHL, DSV or FedEx.

• Free shipping within the EU on orders over €500.

• DHL Service Point – For non-bulky items, delivery is offered to a service point.

• DHL Home Delivery – For bulky items, home delivery is offered.

• DSV – For bulky items, home delivery is offered.

• FedEx –  For both non-bulky and bulky items, home delivery is offered.

• If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, an administrative fee of SEK 300 will apply.

3. Pre-orders and Combined Orders

• You will be notified of the estimated delivery date for pre-order items.

• We do not split deliveries. If you order stock items together with made-to-order items, your entire order will be shipped when complete.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of withdrawal

• You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned products must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of notifying us.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exceptions

No right of withdrawal on custom-sized rugs (made-to-order or cut-to-size).

Return procedure

• Start your return at classiccollection.se/contact.

• Follow instructions to receive a return label. The product must be well protected for return shipping.

5. Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint about a product for up to 3 years after the date of purchase if it is faulty.

• Transport damages: Visible damage to packaging must be noted immediately upon delivery and reported to the carrier within 7 days.

• The packaging must be kept until the case has been resolved.

• Create a complaint case via classiccollection.se/contact and attach clear photos.

Please note: Natural variations in materials, such as shedding or colour changes due to exposure to light, are not considered grounds for complaint.

6. Unclaimed Deliveries

• Orders not collected or received are subject to return and handling fees, depending on the carrier and destination.

• Unclaimed deliveries are not eligible for withdrawal/refund.

7. Data Protection and Security

• We comply with GDPR. Personal data is only shared with payment provider Kustom and is encrypted during transfer.

• The website uses SSL for secure browsing.

8. Force Majeure

Classic Collection is not liable for delays or non-fulfillment caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruption, extreme weather, or governmental restrictions.

These terms apply to purchases with delivery to non-EU countries.

1. Prices and Duties

• Prices are shown in SEK or EUR. VAT and import duties are not included for deliveries outside the EU.

• Additional customs charges and taxes may apply in your country.

2. Shipping and Delivery

In-stock items

• Delivery time: 5–14 business days depending on destination.

Made-to-measure rugs

• Fixed sizes: Delivered in 1–3 weeks.

• Custom sizes: Delivery time is approx. 4–6 months.

Shipping method

• Delivery via DHL, DSV, FedEx or UPS.

• Address change after dispatch is subject to a SEK 300 fee.

3. Security

• All payments are processed securely in compliance with card network regulations.

• SSL encryption protects all data on our site.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• Applies within 14 days of receipt.

• Product must be unused, in original packaging.

• Custom orders and gift cards are excluded.

To return a product:

• Start your return via classiccollection.se/contact

• You may arrange shipping yourself or request a prepaid label.

• Customer is responsible for any return shipping damage or loss.

5. Claims and Returns

• Notify us of damages within 7 days of receipt.

• Submit claims with images and details via contact form.

• Natural wear, such as shedding or sunlight fading, is not a defect.

6. Unclaimed Deliveries

• Uncollected deliveries are returned to us. Fees apply.

• Right of withdrawal does not apply to unclaimed goods.
