Can I order a product in a custom size or color?

Can I order a sample of the rug?

What should I do if the rug has longer threads or pop-ups?
Occasionally, individual fibers may stick up from the rug's surface. Carefully trim these with scissors or use a crochet hook to pull the thread back into place. Never pull on loose threads, as this could damage the rug.
Why does my rug have pressure marks?
Pressure marks can occur during transport but usually disappear within a few days once the rug is laid flat. We recommend unrolling the rug as soon as you receive it to allow it to regain its original shape.
Pressure marks can also result from heavy furniture or thin furniture legs. To reduce the risk, we recommend using a rug pad and furniture protectors and regularly moving your furniture.

How long does delivery take?
For stock items, delivery within Europe typically takes 3–10 business days.
If an item is out of stock, the estimated restock date is shown on the product page. Please note that the product may sell out before the restock, and the final delivery date will be confirmed in your order acknowledgment.
For custom orders, delivery times vary, and you will always receive an estimated delivery time in your order acknowledgment.
Where is my order delivered?
Bulky items, such as large rugs, are delivered curbside to your address.
Smaller packages, such as cushions and throws, are delivered to your nearest pickup point or parcel locker for convenient collection.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your delivery.
Can I pay for my order in installments?
