If you pre-order a product the only option if you want to pay the product after the order have arrived is to choose invoice via Klarna Check Out. This is the only option where the payment is activated after the order is shipped from us. Should you choose to pay by card or direct payment with your bank, this will be deducted at once, even if the item will be delivered later.
If you order items that are out of stock along with other items, we will ship your entire order together when it is complete. In exceptional cases, we can make a part delivery. Contact our customer service for further questions regarding this. The delivery time we print is preliminary and may change in case of problems with for example our factories or transportation. Since our products are manufactured by hand and have long transport routes, this is unfortunately not unusual. In case of any delays, we will inform all customers affected by this as soon as possible, but to ensure that you receive updated information, we ask that you regularly review the delivery time for the product in question.
Delays are unfortunately nothing we can influence, therefore, no compensation will be paid to you as a customer, even if delivery time should be extended.
